Return Policy
This page contains the policy that governs the return of items purchased from www.givasluxury.com. Purchased items can only be returned for replacement or refund if all the conditions set in our Return Policy are met.
1. In order to return an item you must:
- Have proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Fill the return form describing in detail the reason for the return.
- Provide a valid reason for return according to our Return Policy.
- Specify if interested in a replacement and the item to be replaced with.
- Specify refund method if replacement is not possible – Mobile money or Bank.
2. Caution: On-spot checking of Items delivered by a rider
- Items delivered by a rider must be checked on receiving them before the rider leaves. If some items are missing or not fitting, then the customer should not accept the parcel and should have the rider return it. The customer should also contact us immediately.
3. Reasons that may make items to be returned
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item
- Item doesn’t fit the client
3.1 Wrong item delivered
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- Send the product and any other additional items that may have been enclosed.
- The returned product will be replaced within 48 hours, and we will bear the shipping cost.
3.2 Damaged items
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- Send the product and any other additional items that may have been enclosed.
- The returned product will be examined by our team for verification of damage claims and a replacement or refund issued within 48 hours. If the claim is valid, we will bear the cost of returning the item and sending the replacement to the customer if applicable. If the claim is not valid, we will not replace the item or issue a refund; the customer will also bear the cost of returning the item if applicable.
3.3 Item doesn’t fit
- Contact us within 24 hours.
- Send the product and any other additional items that may have been enclosed.
- The cost of returning the first item to us and the replacement will be borne by the customer where applicable.
4. Order with multiple items
- If you had multiple items in your order and one item has an issue, then you do not have to return all items in the order.
