1. How do I place an order?
In summary, these are the steps to follow when placing an order at https://www.givasluxury.com
- Create an account using a valid email ID and phone number.
- Locate the item you want to purchase.
- Add the item to the shopping cart.
- Click view cart at the top right-hand side of the site to verify the item you want to buy.
- Click “checkout.”
- Select the preferred delivery method and provide specific details on where the item will be delivered.
- You will then be directed to the payment processing page where you can use mobile money or debit/credit card to make the payment.
- After the payment, you will receive an email confirmation, and also our agents will call you to confirm the order and obtain any other details that will facilitate the delivery of the purchased item(s).

2. I need to change something in my order; how do I do that?
You can change some aspects of your order such as the color and size BEFORE the item is delivered if the preferred color or size is available. For such changes just log in to our website and chat with our customer support team or call us.
3. I have not received an order confirmation yet; what should I do?
Sometimes due to various issues, you may fail to get your order confirmation after making payment, or the confirmation email may get delayed. In such a case just chat with us online or call us and we will be able to assist promptly.
4. Can I pay with credit/debit card?
Yes. You can pay with most of the major credit/debit cards using the PesaPal platform. Our checkout process is secured using Verisign SSL.
5. How do you deliver the purchased product?
There are three methods used in the delivery of purchased products.
a). Free delivery: This is only available in Nairobi CBD and Thika town CBD.
b). Parcel delivery in areas around Nairobi or Thika. For this option, the customer has to pay a delivery fee of ksh.235.
c). Parcel delivery for pick-up in the nearest post office. In this method, you have to tell us the nearest Post office where you will be collecting the item so that we can send the item accordingly. The customer pays a delivery fee of ksh.235.
6. What if I want to purchase items in bulk?
For bulk order, contact our customer support team on live chat or via phone so that we can give you a special discount applicable for such orders and organize on the delivery of your products.
7. What if I have an issue with the item delivered?
